I am feeling quite a bit of uncertainty of late. Unsure of the political and social landscape. Unsure of my particular future. Unsure of the unfolding of life itself. And this uncertainty can be unsettling. As humans, we really like certainty, clarity, centeredness. So where can we get grounded as everything might feel shaky around us? My answer? Right here…
