As I lean into the unexpected transitions in my life, growing into the new normal, and charting my course, I’m holding this sentiment close…
“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.”

I always ask myself, “What is the story my 85-year-old self will want to tell?” It has caused more bravery and adventure than I could have imagined. Beautiful quote and images.
Thank you, Staci. Here’s to us all being more brave. xo
I love this quote, and the images so straight to my core. We sailed on the Chesapeake for a few formative summers when I was young, and I’m convinced this water runs in my veins. I always feel your connection to the Bay through your photographs.
Thanks, Debbie. I cherish the Chesapeake and was so grateful to be on the water this past week. xo
