I’m sure it’s in part because the sun is coming back. And another reason is of course that I bought a new camera (a tiny little mirrorless Olympus); while I firmly believe that the gear does not a photographer make, there is no getting around that I am, like Kirstin, a neophile, and that I had tired of the limitations of my mobile and the bulk of my dSLR.

Whatever the reasons, and I’m sure there are others, I have regained that tiny spark that makes me see the world in photographs, and I have been receiving lots of images into my camera while walking through the everyday streets of my everyday life, and it’s been utterly wonderful.
