In my effort to find different activities that bring me joy, I signed up to a Gardening for Beginners course in our community center in March. Although my house is full of indoor plants that I love to care for, I do lack the knowledge to start a small garden in my backyard, so this course was very useful and I enjoyed it immensely.
On our last day of the course we visited the Master Gardeners who taught the course in a local community park in San Jose (Martial Cottle Park). After the final talk and a walk around the park, one of the Master Gardeners very generously allowed me to visit their greenhouse to snaps some pics. It was such a peaceful moment, alone with all the sprouts and my camera… the perfect ending to a wonderful four week course. It was also my birthday that day – so triple delight! Below are some of the photos I took that day.
Happy spring,

You never cease to inspire me with all the wonderful things you do. Thank you!
Sounds like a fun class to take and how wonderful to get a peek into the greenhouse! Happy Belated Birthday! I wonder if the Master Gardeners grow the seedlings for a plant sale? Looks like a collection of tomatoes, basil, other veggies. I enjoyed seeing these images.
