That little Kodak Ektar h35 has been a faithful companion all summer. I’ve had it on me out and about at home, including to that really odd sculpture park …

… and visiting our house by the sea.

I brought it to Germany as well, but oddly, the images from there were largely unsuccessful, as you can see. Not least I’m highly irritated by how I failed to keep the strap away from in front of the lens in the first one.

We finished off our summer holiday with two weeks at the farm, and there I didn’t use the Ektar at all, I guess because most of the images on both my previous rolls have been shot there.
Right now, when I’m back at work, summer seems to have been way too short. But looking through the images from summer tells a different story: we really did get to do and experience a lot, and that, too, is the magic of photography.
How has your summer been? Have you had a chance to take photographs?
~Warmly, Jenny G.

What a fun collection of memories. I love the idea of having one little camera following me through the summer.
You have had such fantastic results with these cameras! More please!
