I recently went to New York to see some photography friends, most of whom I have known online for over ten years. It was incredible to meet everyone and get to chat face-to-face. My daughter, Kyle, was also in New York that weekend, celebrating her 30th birthday. We were able to meet up with her and her husband as well. The whole trip was a dream. But, for me, New York always is.

I love New York. It reminds me of LA, and it is nothing like LA all at once. I feel like I am on a grand adventure, while totally feeling at home. It is magical.
