In memory of all the 365 projects I have abandoned

With the new year came the usual question: to start a 365 project or not. I don’t think I have completed a single 365 project since my last one on Flickr and that was so long ago that I can’t remember what year it was. I miss Flickr. I miss the community, the support I received from that community, I miss everything about it. Starting a project and sharing it, be it a 365 or a month of gratitude, was fun and rewarding. I have tried posting my attempts at a new 365 on Facebook and on Instagram, but it just wasn’t the same.

This year, I have also, finally (I think) accepted the fact that I might just not a project person anymore. Many changes have happened in my life since the days of my last completed 365 that sometimes make it difficult to commit to a project and I guess I am okay with being a “take photos when you can and when you feel like it kind of person.”

So in memory of my many started but never completed 365 projects, here are a few of the photos I took between January and mid April (I think I lasted till the end of May one year), from 2016 to 2023.
