Life is a whirlwind of everydays. Of walks to and from work, flowers and florists, books and neighbourhood cats.

We dine in – cozy, just the three of us – and we eat out, and I am ever so glad we live in the city. On my birthday we walked to the Nepali restaurant across the river, and a few weeks ago I walked from the office over to a Chinese place by the City Hall to have dinner with a friend before seeing a performance of Much Ado About Nothing at the fortress.

Still, I can’t wait for the upcoming holiday at the farmhouse.
