I’ve spent the last few months exploring some of the more remote regions of the US, specifically the states of Arizona, Utah, Wyoming, Idaho and Montana. In them I have encountered many wonderful vistas, wide open spaces and endless expanses. However, sometimes one needs to stop and smell the roses, watch the bees going about their business, or stare into the ripples of the river for several moments. Just like adventures, the small things along the way can be just as impressive as the big ones and its always rewarding to slow down and notice both.
Sometimes you have to look at the big picture….
